Description
Everywhere you go in Italy, you are surrounded by mopeds. The preferred mode of transport by many, this compact but incredibly stylish machine can weave in and out of traffic with ease, leaving long queues of larger vehicles behind. This zippy little Vespa was spotted in the Navigli area of Milan, waiting patiently to whisk it's owner off into the dynamic Italian streets. I added a little texture to complete the image.

Carol, I know I'm an irregular visitor, but I love your art and visit when I can. When I saw this delightful image I was instantly reminded of another image of yours of a pink scooter parked outside a restaurant somewhere in Italy! It was such a lovely example of your work since I'm not attracted to scooters normally but adore them in your photos and I could not forget it! I scrambled through your gallery searching for it so you would know what I mean but it remains lost! But no matter, because I have another superb example of your work here in front of me. Almost anything you touch, even though the object may not normally be my "scene" just opens my mind and delights and fascinates me no end. What a great photographer you are. The last thing I normally appreciate is graffiti ! Yet I love this! Truly you are up there with the very best! L/F
