Description
The Limmat River flows through the very heart of the old town of Zurich, Switzerland. Traversing from one side to the other via the Munsterbrucke (Munster Bridge), will give wonderful views in every direction. On the right bank is the Fraumunster Church, recognisable by it's tall steeple, founded in 853 and well known for the stained glass windows in the Choir by Marc Chagall. One of Switzerland's fascinating gems. I blended painterly style textures with my original photograph to compliment the old world feel of this historic Swiss city scene.
