The backdrop is the 16th century renaissance style Biblioteca Nazionale Marciana (National Library of St Marks) siituated in St. Mark's Square, Venice, Italy. These charming vintage lamps are to be found all over this famous city on the water. I blended a little texture with my original image in selective color to compliment the atmospheric feel of this classic Venetian street scene.
