The Grand Place (or Grote Markt) is very grand indeed, and most worthy of its title. With incredible architecture on every side, mainly from the late 17th Century and shiny cobblestone pavements, this historic market square in the very heart of the city, is a popular meeting place for visitors and locals alike. People from all around the world come here to take in the palatial grandeur of La Grand Place. I hand blended textures with my original photograph to compliment the old world feel of this night time Brussels street scene.
