Description
There are lots of bridges spanning the Limmat River in Zurich, Switzerland, but the views from the Munsterbrucke are difficult to top. From the left side you can see the landmark Grossmunster (Great Minster), a Romanesque church built in the 12th and 13th Centuries and the surrounding buildings with their colourful red roofs and shuttered windows. I hand blended a little texture with my original photograph in black and white to compliment the old world feel of this historic Swiss river scene.
