A vintage map from the year 1887, of the State of Montana, showing US Land Offices, Rail Roads (completed and proposed), roads and trails and townships. This historical map from the public domain was compiled by George U.Mayo, civil engineer and drawn by Robert H.Morton under the direction of Hon.Wm.A.J.Sparks, Commissioner of Department of The Interior, General Land Office, published by Julius Bien & Co. of New York. This image has been restored, converted to sepia tone and has hand blended textures.

My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
