Challenge your brain with a jigsaw puzzle designed by an independent artist!   Our puzzles are made from premium 0.2" thick paper stock and include a semi-gloss coating on the top surface to make the image pop.   Puzzles are available in two different sizes, and each puzzle includes a puzzle box with the artwork printed on the top for safe storage when you're not puzzling.   The puzzle pieces are unique shapes.

Artist's Description

One of the most visited bridges in the entire world, the Bridge of Sighs in Venice, Italy, is deserving of the attention it receives. Mystical and surrounded by various legends and tales, it is easy to understand it's appeal. Built in the 17th Century and designed by architect Antonio Contino, this tiny but ever so impressive bridge has stood the test of time and draws a multitude of visitors each year to it's little corner of Venezia. Originally the bridge served as a connecting walkway between the Doge's Palace and the prison and folklore suggests that the bridge's name came about because prisoners heading to their execution would look out of the small windows and sigh over what they believed would be their last view of Venice. Whether or not there is any truth to this....who knows? I prefer to think that it got it's name because you can't help but sigh when you see it for the first time. I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot.
