Description
It's not difficult to figure out why The Church of St Elizabeth, just a short walk East of the Old Town in Bratislava, Slovakia is known as 'The Blue Church'. This striking powder blue building in the Hungarian Secessionist Art Nouveau style jumps right out of the landscape and you cannot fail to notice it amongst its somewhat dreary surroundings. Built in the very early 20th Century, the interior matches the exterior and is equally delightful, decorated in a charming pastel blue. I added a little texture to complete the fairy tale.
