Description
Situated just outside Salem Witch Museum, adorned in a billowing cloak and wide brimmed hat, it's no surprise that Roger Conant is often mistaken for a witch. He was, in fact a salter and American Colonist, who founded the city of Salem in the early 17th Century. An imposing commemorative statue stands near Salem Common and celebrates this historic, influential figure. I blended a little texture with my original photograph.
