Description
A very early, historic map of the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and parts adjacent. This detailed map from the public domain shows Philadelphia as it was in 1750, the Philadelphia State House (Independence Hall) beautifully illustrated just above the map. Included for reference, is table of distances of places on the map from the Court House. First created and published in 1752 by Nicolas Scull and George Heap, this version was issued as a reprint by David Lobach in 1850. This reproduction map which shows signs of age has been color corrected to achieve the best quality of print.
