Description
The charming Saint Vincent Bridge (or Passarelle Saint Vincent) is a suspension bridge that was constructed in 1840 and crosses the Saone River in Lyon, France. A convenient connection between the Saint Paul and Saint Vincent neighborhoods, this pedestrian only footbridge is a perfect spot to view the river and enjoy the surroundings. I hand blended a little texture with my original portrait style photograph in shades of black, white and red, to compliment the old world feel of this classic, rainy French city scene.

Very cool! The artistic flare you bring to an already interesting image takes it over the top. Very well done!!!
