A vintage map of an aerial view looking south over Houston, Texas. This wonderfully nostalgic piece of history is from the Public Domain and was published in the year 1891. A directory and series of illustrated inserts at the bottom of the map show public buildings, hotels, churches, business and manufacturing premises and landmarks of the area at the end of the 19th century including City Hall and Town Market. This reproduction image has been restored and color corrected.
