Description
A very early, historical map of the Belgian city of Ghent (Gent or Gand). This detailed urban map from the public domain was created by Dutch cartographer Jan Bleau and published around 1664 and shows the area as it was in the mid 17th Century. An illustrated insert at the bottom right corner depicts the Veerlesquare and the Castle of the Counts. This reproduction image has been restored, converted to nostalgic sepia tone and has hand blended textures.
