Copenhagen's Tivoli Gardens is wonderfu placel at any time of the year but it is particularly enchanting during the holiday season. This fairytale wonderland opened in 1843 and is the second oldest operating amusement park in the world. In winter, a spectacular light show takes place on the lake throughout the evening. Sparkling lights cloaked in a fine mist appear to dance spellbindingly on the surface of the water as they move in time to the haunting strains of Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake. It's a perfect way to get into the holiday spirit. I blended textures with my original photograph to complete the magical feel.
