Description
The Polish city of Gdansk is especially endearing early in the morning when the Motlawa River is still and the throngs of tourists have yet to emerge. The late summer sun casts a gloriously golden glow over the waterfront, highlighting the rainbow coloured architecture and perfectly mirrored image in the water. The old "Galeon Lew" sits empty like an ancient ghost ship, waiting patiently to take passengers to the historic Westerplatte.
