An incredible wide field mosaic image of a multi colored cosmic scene of smoke and stars of The Eagle Nebla. This wonderful image from the public domain was released on 25th April 2005 by NASA and the National Science Foundation via its 0.9-meter telescope on Kitt Peak with the NOAO Mosaic CCD camera. I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
