Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

Fado is a musical genre originating in Lisbon, Portugal in the early 1800's which has lasted the test of time and is still incredibly popular today. Moving, melancholic and mournful, the stirring strains of Fado can be heard emanating from small, intimate restaurants and bars in the historic Alfama and Bairro Alto districts and all around the quaint streets and alleys of Lisbon late into the night. This colorful mural in the Mouraria area of the old town celebrates Fado music in a part of the city that was instrumental in it's development. I hand blended a variety of textures with my original photograph to compliment the vibrant feel of this classic Lisbon street scene.
I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. I like to explore every nook and cranny of anywhere I visit and I'm always looking out for something unusual or unique, weird and wonderful, interesting and intriguing. For me, half the challenge is in the initial taking of the photo, the looking for something that catches my attention, getting that perfect composition, but the other half is in the processing, the tweaking and twisting and the addition of a little imagination to see how much detail I can bring to the surface and hopefully let the viewer see the same as I did when I took the shot. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
