Description
A vintage, historical map showing the Territory of the State of Arizona in the year 1910. This detailed, nostalgic map from the public domain was compiled and drawn by Daniel O'Hare, lettering by Wm.Bauman, under the direction of I.P.Berthrong, chief of Drafting Division of the General Land Office and printed by the U.S Geological Survey. At the top left of the map, a legend shows the position of the state capital (Phoenix), county seats and boundaries, cities, towns, settlements and private land grants, the US Surveyor General's Office and the US Land Office, National Forests, Monuments, Game Prreserves, Indian Reserves and Military Reserves. Two inserts show the cities of Phoenix and Tucson in detail and a third shows the area of Sonora, Mexico, south of Arizona This image has been restored, converted to nostalgic sepia tone, and has a little hand blended texture.
